Long time no blog!

Although I have not written for a while, the inner journey continues. I had wanted for a long time to try to communicate and interact about the subjects I have addressed here through YouTube. This year, I was happy that the Body & Brain Youtube channel invited me to do a show on motional management. I’m attaching a link here, and I would love to interact with all of you through that show! I feel like when we recognize our likeness and support each other in the process of inner growth and healing, it gives us the strength and courage to keep doing the work. And why do we need to keep doing the work? Because we are transforming into our greatest selves and the more we let our light shine, the more we change this world.

Here’s a clip of my introduction below. I want to design this show so that every other week we can have a Q & A session for the topics discussed. I hope you will participate!

Beyond that, my life continues on with the theme I set for it this year, the theme of “Letting Go”. I have been discovering how to utilize my body to help me let go in many ways and it has been very liberating and rewarding for me. Rewarding, I suppose, because I have tried unsuccessfully for so long to let go on deeper levels, and now it feels I am actually moving in the direction that I want to go.

I have found that letting go requires being brave, trusting myself and forgiving myself. It requires believing in the truth of my soul, more than the lies that my ego tries to tell me. Straightening my spine tall in front of those lies definitely requires some grit. I have found that challenging life experiences that don’t kill us are the best to cultivate such grit πŸ™‚

As painful as it can be, the human journey is beautiful. We do our best to cultivate ourselves each day and suddenly we find our flower is blossoming.

We humans are the multi-colored flowers of this tree of life on Earth. Let’s share our fragrance far and wide.

14 Thoughts.

  1. β€œGaining knowledge is the first step to wisdom.
Sharing knowledge is the first step to humanity.”

Wishing you all the best for this wonderful initiative, Danielle!
Liked. Subscribed. And Looking Forward to it.

Sharing experiences definitely makes a world of difference. You never know which experience, which message will lift a weary soul, and perhaps, provide an answer to a critical life question that’s remained unanswered till now!

Keep sharing! Keep rocking! God Bless You!

  2. Letting go also continues to be my major practice and challenge. I believe it is the key for inner peace: letting go of so many desires and wishes even if they are positive in nature. Letting go of wanting things to be different. Letting go of anxieties, fears, and the voice of the ego. Letting go of the primal desires is most difficult(safety, control, recognition)
Congratulations on your new u tube series. I have no doubt that you will be a big “hit” and attract and reach many seekers. I definitely will follow and engage.:))

    • I’m so happy that you are practicing letting go consistently Charlene. Keep up the good work! You can do it! We can do it πŸ™‚ As always, thank you for your support πŸ™‚

  3. I am all in! I will never miss an episode. I’m always using YouTube for all my hobbies so I know I will always keep up. Wonderful to hear and see you as you made the clip. Appreciated the reality of feeling contrasted with our true self in your scrapbook article.

Looking forward to a healthier, enlightened life. Great success Danielle!

    • Thank you Vinson! I’m so glad to hear that πŸ™‚ I’m curious, can you explain more of what you meant by the sentence “Appreciated the reality of feeling contrasted with our true self in your scrapbook article”? If you get the chance, I’d like to better understand what you are saying here. Thank you again πŸ™‚

  4. Hi Danielle, happy to expand on comment.
In your entry about trust, what I gathered was through a slight layering of the truth you examined. Your focus point was trust, which I appreciate very much. And well done. The point to me, because of my own life, is that truth and feelings, what caused the toxic feelings, never had a real connection. The real cause of the feelings was not the truth, but other peoples words and reactions, who did not care to see any truth.
How we feel can be a reaction to other’s reactions towards us, who don’t care to see the truth. At a time we cannot work through this, it remains. It paralyzes. Keep up this work you do. This certainly helps me in many ways.

  5. Hello Master Danielle. I just want to add that your style is therapeutic as is your content. They both combine for tremendous effect. Thanks for making the world a better place, and I look forward to your next video and blog.

    • Thank you again. I appreciate all of sharing about the benefits you have received. I will be blogging again today ~ finally! And in regards to my videos – I am trying to get new upgraded equipment before I do my next recording. I hope to make that as soon as possible!

  6. I love and can relate to your theme of letting go. I am trying successfully and unsuccessfully at times to simplify and let go of so many of the little insignificant things i used to cling on to so tightly that were weighing me down and giving me subconscious anxieties. It is humbling to realize the things one really needs to “hold on to” in life to be centered and grounded and the rest is just noise. It is an evolving journey for me… Thank you for sharing yours. I wish you continued strength and freedom in your quest to “let go”! On another note, love your videos, i am a few behind but they are great so far!
